Yacht Club Way, Turnberry Way and NE 29th Place Milling & Resurfacing Improvements
Construction will begin on February 21, 2008 and be completed by April 17, 2008 for the purpose of milling and resurfacing and providing for new handicap ramps on Yacht Club Way, Turnberry Way and NE 29th Place.
Construction will begin on February 19, 2008 and be completed by February 20, 2008 on NE 30th Avenue between NE 207th Street and Best Buy to the north to perform minor storm sewer modifications to an existing weir structure in the City’s North Collector Drainage System.

NE 213th Street Water & Sewer Connections
Construction will begin on January 23, 2008 and be completed by January 31, 2008 on NE 213th Street for the purpose of installing water and sewer connections to the Waterways Park Expansion site.

On January 2, 2008, the City of Aventura launched its newest addition to our web site: MyAventura.
The City of Aventura is now taking registration for the Tiny Tots (Ages 3-5) and Junior Tennis School (Ages 6-12) programs at Founders Park, 3105 NE 190 Street. | Flyer
The City of Aventura is proud to offer many different programs, activities, special events & cultural trips for 2008.
Waterways Park will be closed for renovations beginning Monday January 14, 2008 and will re-open in the spring as the City’s new dog park.
