Arthur I. Snyder Park features an outdoor plaza that is suitable for outdoor concerts and events, open quadrangle play area, shade trees, and covered areas for outdoor recreational pursuits.
Veterans Park
Veterans Park is located at 18375 NE 31 Avenue. The hours of operation are 8 AM until thirty minutes prior to sunset. This two acre park has separate and secure areas for both children and pets. Veterans Park features a covered playground, soccer net, and open play area for children, with parking and a separate play area for your pet to exercise leash free. Amenities include doggie water fountains and showers, playground equipment and red fire hydrants. Future programming will include pet health and obedience activities, pet registration and vaccination programs, and special events just for you and your puppy!
VETERANS PET PARK ACCESS REQUIRES A VALID AVENTURA RESIDENT ID CARD. AVENTURA RESIDENTS MAY OBTAIN ID CARDS WITH PROOF OF RESIDENCY AT THE COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER LOCATED AT 3375 NE 188 STREET OR CALL 305.466.3883

Waterways Park is located at 3301 NE 213th Street. This 7-acre park features a covered playground, exercise path with 2 fitness stations, outdoor basketball court, multipurpose lighted athletic fields, covered patio, outdoor shelter, restrooms and park office.
