The following list describes currently known delays and detours throughout Aventura. Dates provided may change due to unforeseen construction delays. Milling and Resurfacing on NE 29th Place will begin on March 9, 2008 and be completed by March 11, 2008 where construction will occur between the hours of 9:00PM and 6:00AM.
Milling and resurfacing on Yacht Club Way and Turnberry Way will begin on March 12, 2008 and be completed by March 14, 2008 where construction will occur between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM. There willl be lane closures during these times.
Yacht Club Way, Turnberry Way and NE 29th Place Milling & Resurfacing Improvements
Construction will begin on February 21, 2008 and be completed by April 17, 2008 for the purpose of milling and resurfacing and providing for new handicap ramps on Yacht Club Way, Turnberry Way and NE 29th Place. | News Release
Traffic Signal Installation at NE 188th Street & NE 29th Avenue
Construction for a new traffic signal at this intersection will start on October 30, 2007 and is expected to be completed in February 2008. Expect minor delays in this area during the construction period and use caution while driving through this location. | News Release
