The Building Division customer service counter will re-open to the public for in-person permit, zoning and local business tax receipt applications on Monday, June 1, 2020 with restrictions.
The City of Aventura’s Building Division customer service counter located on the fourth floor of the Aventura Government Center will re-open to the public for in-person permit, zoning and local business tax receipt applications on Monday, June 1, 2020. The counter will be limited to two customers at a time Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, and all customers must be wearing a face covering.
Customers who do no not wish to wait for in-person service may continue to use the drop-off and pick-up boxes located in the first-floor lobby. Permit, zoning and local business tax receipt applications may be dropped off in these boxes Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Division staff will process the applications and call if additional information/documents are required or when the permit/tax receipt is ready for pick up.
