In response to the recent increase in Coronavirus cases in the state of Florida,
the Building Division’s in person customer service counter will be temporarily suspended effective Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
The City of Aventura is committed to the health, safety and welfare of the community it serves, and in response to the recent increase in Coronavirus cases in the state of Florida, the Building Division’s in person customer service counter will be temporarily suspended effective Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Customers may drop off permit and local business tax receipt applications in the lobby located on the first floor Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m until further notice. Division staff will process the applications and call if additional information/documents are required or when the permit/tax receipt is ready for pick up. Staff will continue to be available by phone or email to answer questions.
