You can file a complaint against an officer in several ways:

1. Fill out a complaint form which is available in the records section at the:

2. Call the Police Department at 305-466-8989 and ask for the officer's direct supervisor.
3. Fill out and complete the online Police Citizen Complaint Form.
4. Write a letter detailing the incident and send it to:

      Internal Affairs Department
