Founders Day

The City of Aventura proudly celebrates its 27th anniversary of incorporation!

In honor of this important milestone, residents and members of the community are invited to enjoy a day filled with free games, music, food, arts & crafts, and activities.

“Over the past 27 years, Aventura has consistently proven to be a vibrant and safe community with a strong economy. We’re excited to celebrate the City of Excellence with everyone,” said Aventura City Manager, Ron Wasson.

The Celebration

When: Sunday, November 13, 2022, from noon - 5:00 p.m.
Where: Founders Park, 3105 N.E. 190 Street
Admission: FREE 

Celebrate amidst stilt walkers, jugglers, characters, activities, food, and pure entertainment! Enjoy a beautiful outdoor day participating in fun games, getting creative at the interactive art and science stations, sharing excitement with little ones at Toddler Town, becoming dazzled by performance acts on the community stage featuring the Aventura STAR talent competition, relaxing under dining tents while feasting on a bite from the fantastic food trucks, and much more! Additionally, National Football League (NFL) games will be televised in the dining tent area for those that do not want to miss their Sunday games.

Please remember that alcoholic beverages and pets are not permitted in the park and at the event.

  19200 West Country Club Drive (just west of Founders Park)
• 10x Centre (formerly known as Harbour Center)
  Corner of N.E. 188 Street and N.E. 29 Avenue
  Free shuttle service between the 10X Centre and Founders Park will operate on Founders Day from 11:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Aventura Express Shuttle Bus -  Founders Day Schedule

The Aventura Express is a great way to safely get to and from Founders Park.

The free Aventura Express Shuttle Buses will operate a complimentary Founders Day schedule between all Aventura residential buildings and Founders Park from 11:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m.
