Wondering what to do when school is out? Register for one of Aventura's many programs during school breaks including teacher planning days, winter camp, spring camp and the 10-week summer camp program.
Registration for Teacher Planning Day (TPD) programs and camps can be completed online using the City of Aventura's Online Registration System (ORS), or in person at the Community Recreation Center, Founders Park, or Waterways Park.
Please be advised that an Aventura ID card is required to register using the ORS. Get details about obtaining an Aventura ID card.

When school is not in session due to teacher planning days, the City offers fun-filled activities for children ages 5-14 at the Community Recreation Center.
The program is held on scheduled days from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please check back for the 2019 schedule.
The program fee for each day includes all activities, supplies and lunch at a rate of $43 for residents and $52 for non-residents.

When school is out for winter break, the fun activities begin in Aventura where campers ages 5-14 enjoy fun-filled days of activities including games, arts & crafts, and field trips at this year's themed Winter Camp, Let it Snow-Man!
Monday, December 24, 2018 through Friday, January 4, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The program fee includes all activities, field trips and supplies. The fee does not include lunch or snacks. Campers must bring their own lunch and two snacks.
Tennis Camp offers children ages 8-16 of all skill levels fun, high-quality instruction where players improve tennis skills, make new friends, and challenge themselves while having a great time on the court!

Campers are required to bring their own racket, lunch, water bottle, and snacks. The program fees are as follows:
